Ohio!
Stephen Faris, a write-in candidate for U.S. Senate, welcomes you!
To Lead America. From. The. Front.
Dear Ohio,

I am running for U.S. Senate because I so strongly believe that the right to life and the right to equal protection must be preserved for ALL persons in America.

Do we not hold these truths to be self-evident, that ALL are created (conceived) equal, that ALL are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these is Life? To secure this right, are not Governments instituted?

The U.S. Constitution, in directing the Federal Government, says in the 5th Amendment, "No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law."

Likewise, in directing the States, the 14th Amendment says, "No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law, nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

I am running for U.S. Senate because our Federal and State Governments, Republicans and Democrats alike, have FAILED to preserve these rights to ALL persons in America, primarily to our own unborn children. In Roe v. Wade (1973), the Supreme Court lawlessly ruled that unborn persons may be deprived of life without due process of law and that States may and must deny equal protection of their laws to unborn persons.

I am running for U.S. Senate because I believe this nationwide problem can be solved by ONLY the Federal Government. In my assessment, the States MAY NOT decide this matter except to do their Constitutional duty of preserving the right to life and the right to equal protection of ALL persons within their jurisdictions.

I am running for U.S. Senate because I believe this nationwide problem is best solved politically, by the representatives of the States and of the People, and NOT by waiting for the Supreme Court. Why should we delay and hang so much on so few when we have the ability and authority in ourselves? The People, through Congress, can overrule the Supreme Court.

I am running for U.S. Senate because I believe I can win and effectively lead after winning. I have a solid platform in place that balances the serving of Justice with the offering of Mercy after 45 years of lawlessness since Roe v. Wade. Countless Federal, State, and County officeholders, Republican and Democrat alike, have failed in upholding their oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution. Our Governments and Parties have led us to sin against God and against ourselves. Justice and Mercy await.

I am running for U.S. Senate to better fulfill the oath that I have taken to support and defend the U.S. Constitution as a military officer. I can no longer fulfill my oath in that capacity while the U.S. Constitution and my People's unborn children are unsupported and undefended. #FarisDoctrine is my personal way of taking ownership of the nationwide problem of deprivation and denial of rights to America's unborn persons.

I am running for U.S. Senate to lead Ohio and America in the preserving of the right to life and the right to equal protection for ALL persons in America. No Exceptions. Any unborn person, regardless of their stage of development, must be preserved the right to life and the right to protection that is equal to any born person.

I am running for U.S. Senate as a single-issue, no-party, write-in candidate.
Without the right to life for ALL,
no other right,
no other issue,
no other conversation makes sense.*
Everything hangs on the right to life for ALL.

* Even as a single-issue candidate, I will NEVER rest in supporting and defending the Constitution on ANY concern. I will faithfully stand against any attack on the free exercise of religion and speech, keeping and bearing arms, etc. I will faithfully attend to policies on immigration, taxation, healthcare, economics, etc., abiding by the Constitution and representing ALL voices. I offer no promise but one: I swear to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Respect for the Constitution is respect for the People.

Single-issue voters, after so long, meet your single-issue candidate.
Abandoned party members, your new party awaits you. Follow me.
To the lesser-of-two-evils voter, I am option Number 3.

Stephen Faris In Action
Legislative Priorities:
Define. Protect. Prosecute. Preserve.
Define:
Unborn Human Beings are Persons
My first priority is to legally define unborn human beings, at any stage of development, as persons. A person's life is the span of events that begins with conception and ends with natural death. This has been proven in science since Roe v. Wade. Recognition of one's life at some arbitrary milestone apart from simple existence leads to unjust discrimination. Legally defining unborn human beings as persons will be pursued and achieved in Congress (without the Supreme Court) by amending Title 1 U.S.C. Section 8.
I will also propose and support Amendments to the U.S. Constitution to redundantly define the personhood of unborn human beings as described above and define Life as occurring from conception to natural death.

Remember Stephen Faris and WRITE IT on your November ballot.
Protect:
Unborn Persons Need Protection
My second priority is to revise the Model State Vital Statistics Act to require States to issue a 'certificate of life' at the moment an individual unborn person can be medically recognized to exist.
I will ensure that the manufacture, sale, and distribution of any drug and the practice of any technique that is intended to deprive an unborn person of life is prohibited.

I will ensure that Title 18 U.S.C. Section 241 is amended (a Civil Rights Act with protections equivalent to those of born persons) to impose fines, imprisonment, or sentencing of death on any person in any State if any two conspire to deprive unborn persons of their Constitutional right to life or their right to equal protection. There will be no unjust exceptions made regarding the circumstances of conception of the unborn person (rape, incest, in vitro).

I will ensure that the Federal Trafficking Victims Protection Act is amended to protect unborn persons who are conceived by in vitro fertilization from commoditization, genetic discrimination, experimentation, and trafficking (any form of involuntary servitude). Involuntary servitude is forbidden by the 13th Amendment. In vitro fertilization will be limited to single acts of conception.

I will ensure that the Unborn Victims of Violence Act is revised to reflect the personhood of unborn human beings and to provide protection from individual acts of violence that are intended to deprive an unborn person of life.

Remember Stephen Faris and WRITE IT on your November ballot.
Prosecute:
Unborn Persons Need Justice
My third priority is to ensure that all Federal funds are stripped from organizations (NARAL, PPFA, etc.) that deprive unborn persons of life. I will influence the revocation of non-profit status and I will lead the effort to refer each organization to the Justice Department for prosecution under 18 U.S.C. Section 241, 'conspiracy against rights'.
I will ensure that any Federal funds that were ever available to these organizations will instead be made available in whole (every dollar) to crisis and non-crisis pregnancy centers that have certified that they have never deprived an unborn person of life and have never referred a woman to any organization or individual who would deprive an unborn person of life.

I will support impeachment measures from the House of Representatives against any Supreme Court Justice or Federal Judge who resorts to political activism against any person in any ruling.

I will propose and support an Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that limits the terms of Supreme Court Justices.*

* Retracted: see The Federalist 78 for reasoning.

Remember Stephen Faris and WRITE IT on your November ballot.
Preserve:
Unborn Persons' Families Need Preservation
My fourth priority is to use every means available to promote a message and offer of mercy and healing towards the women and men of our nation. Since the Federal and State Governments, Republicans and Democrats alike, have for decades and generations, perpetuated, promoted and paid for the lawlessness of depriving unborn persons of life and the denying to them the equal protection of our laws, the same Governments and Parties should now for the same number of decades and generations, pay for restorative and healing services.

I will ensure the provision of restorative and healing services to mothers, fathers, grandparents, and children who have ever been affected by the deprivation of life and denial of equal protection of unborn persons.

I will ensure the restoration to fathers the equal right to protect their unborn children in our society.

I will always support measures that preserve men and women as equals in the home, in society, and before the law. I will propose stronger requirements for Federal prosecution of rape and sexual assault and abuse and I will encourage the same from the States.

I will encourage the States to recover their usurped role as the provider of equal protection in their jurisdictions.

I will encourage every Federal, State, and County officeholder to revisit their oath to support and defend our Constitution.
I will always support and defend marriage as between one man and one woman and I will celebrate, honor, and instill confidence in the family offices of fatherhood and motherhood. I will ensure that families can support their children on the strongest foundation available and I will ensure provision of incentives to build stronger foundations. Until such incentives are in place, I will ensure that the current Federal support structure is undisturbed.

Who Else?
Jim Renacci
Republican Party Nominee
Jim Renacci is regarded as pro-life, but he consistently allows unjust, party-line exceptions in his pro-life policy positions. He thereby allows for the Federally funded depriving of some unborn persons of life, rather than preserving the Constitutional right to life for ALL. Further, Jim Renacci has voted for policies that explicitly neglect to prohibit federally funded organizations from depriving unborn persons of life.

Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act
Conscience Protection Act of 2016 (Highlight #2)

Jim Renacci claims a leadership role in the pro-life movement, but instead of fulfilling his oath to the U.S. Constitution in full, Jim Renacci perpetuates lawlessness. With Jim Renacci allowing exceptions to the Constitution and neglecting to defend it as U.S. Senator, many unborn persons will continue to be deprived of life and ALL unborn persons will continue to be denied equal protection. The U.S. Constitution will remain vulnerable.
Sherrod Brown
Democratic Party Nominee (Incumbent)
Sherrod Brown consistently votes NO for any preservation of the Constitutional right to life and the right to equal protection of unborn persons. Instead of fulfilling his oath to the U.S. Constitution, Sherrod Brown perpetuates lawlessness in full and attacks the U.S. Constitution. With Sherrod Brown as U.S. Senator, many unborn persons will continue to be deprived of life and ALL unborn persons will continue to be denied equal protection. The U.S. Constitution will remain under his attack.

Voted NO:
Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act
Prohibiting U.S. Assistance for Groups that Support Coercive Abortion
Child Interstate Abortion Notification Act
Unborn Victims of Violence Act 2004
Prohibit Partial-Birth/Late Term Abortion Bill
Prohibition of Chemically Induced Abortion Amendment
Unborn Victims of Violence Act of 1999

Final Thoughts
The battle for the preservation of Constitutional rights, specifically, the right to life and the right to equal protection for ALL persons in America is mine, but it is not mine alone.
There are many, many, many of us who are likeminded that a person is a person no matter their size, no matter their level of development, no matter their environment, no matter their degree of dependency. We likeminded people understand that to arbitrarily count some of us as persons and some of us as not is simply unjust discrimination with fatal consequences. We understand that our Government is no place for those who ignore, disregard, compromise, or attack the U.S. Consititution.
I may not change the minds of so many others on my own. I encourage you all to gain more understanding about why you believe what you believe; to focus less on your doubts, but to focus more on what is real; to be prepared to intelligently reason over this with someone who disagrees. I will simply lead. From the front. I encourage those likeminded to me to lead from where they are.
To keep it civil, yet passionate.
To keep it serious, yet hopeful.
To do justly.
To love mercy.
To walk humbly.
To keep their oaths.
To hold others to keep their oaths.
To never give up on one of these little ones or their mother.
To value life.
To support family.
To demonstrate any and all love they possess.

Respectfully,
Stephen Faris
